I don't think you need to worry about him actually becoming a K9 officer. He doesn't know a damn thing about the job, and it's not the kind of job they just give to any random idiot. He wouldn't even pass the basic training.

Not to mention the whole "physical fitness" part of the job. Plus, as much as he would try, I doubt dog rape is an option for him. Especially with a police dog. They wouldn't take that shit.

After seeing this and the account of @DirkBloodStormKing this guy is for real. His rapid decline in his mental state could be a result of oxygen depravation killing brain cells. While he was originally probably an autist, the severe sleep apnea plus sleeping 20 hours a day probably has made him legitimately mentally retarded. I've known a lot of entitled shitlord affluent fuckups from Long Island to make this guy believable. I'm guessing they were all originally part of the Montauk Project.
