Surprised no one's commented on it yet, but he said "I'm 506 lbs getting surgery for it." He could just be lying (especially if this exchange happened a while ago and he still hasn't had/mentioned the surgery), but it's entirely possible that his parents have realized how badly they fucked up and are trying to get medical intervention.

From what I understand, once you get to a certain weight, normal exercise is impossible and you have to have surgery before you can even attempt to lose weight the normal way.
