Social situations or paranoia. I like sweets like ice cream and salty foods, especially jerky. Luckily I have a high metabolism, but it probably still isn't good for me....

Does getting stoned and munching out count?
I don't really think that's stress-eating though, so not really?

Alcohol, but honestly, stress triggers not-eating for me, not the opposite
That said, its no wonder your boss challenged you to stay sober for a week if you're already stress-drinking before you can even do it legally.
Your liver might come to hate you, at this rate. lol

Kraft macaroni and cheese. Like, the classic kind in the blue box. And it's usually brought on by deadline anxiety.
As long as its the standard size box, and not the family one. Cause I sure can polish off a whole normal box on my own at times.
I think I'd hate myself even more if I tried the family box.

Haha, oh god, no, it's just the regular standard box and I can usually only eat like 2/3rds of it. If the day ever came that I ate an entire family size box... well, that would be one very bad day.

Usually some sort of salt, sugar, or carbs, especially when I am really stressed out. It has made me a bit chubbier than I could be if I were to be honest with you.

For most of 2015 (and 2014 now that I think about it), I was completely fucking miserable from working a job that I absolutely hated + job searching for a better one + having to cram new skills to put on my resume/update my writing portfolio despite having zero fucking time + the resultant hopelessness I felt that my situation would ever improve and my stress eating got pretty out of control. I just didn't care and my current job most likely saved my life.

My diet consisted of convenience store junkfood, energy drinks, "diet" soda, Pizza Hut/Marco's Pizza/Little Caesars (sometimes up to 3x a week and it would usually be an entire large pizza and a side of breadsticks in one sitting), Taco Bell, Subway, and chinese takeout. I honestly didn't cook a meal even once during that period. And for the record, I'm not grossly overweight. 163 lbs is the heaviest I've ever been and my goal is to get back down to 140lbs.

I am on the other side of coin, stress and depressed I can't eat. I had to do a brutal week at work last week and I think on avg if you break it down I was taking in 500ish calories per day. Even when my desire to eat pops up, I get super mad at myself and don't. Then I start chugging coffee (more than normal).

A friend of mine was kind enough to hook me up with some awesome left overs last week but it took me like 5 days to get to. I couldn't be assed to mircowave something.
