I don't know I just come in here and post about lifting every time I see that other guy post about calisthenics in the lifting thread.

On a thread-relevant note, Convict Conditioning is a goated book, still reading through Solitary Fitness right now.
I am also currently doing weighted pullups, and still have to figure out a way to do weighted handstand pushups
 
Still grinding on adv tuck front lever and skin the cat. I'll do like 8 pull ups on rings, then roll over into skin the cat, to front lever, and back and forth a couple times. The whole routine takes like 2 minutes. Then I'll do some support hold L-sits, I'm slowly widening the angle of the hold, probably at like 6 degrees.
