I'm pretty sure Stonetoss looks a lot closer to the cartoon on the left than the one on the right. Even his art style is a lot closer.

"What's the point?"
The point is making a joke. The point is being satirical about extreme people. As any other joke.
"What's the point" is the obvious question a brain that is used to any other media (books, movies, shows) to be a loud and obvious vehicle to push a narrative and not just exist for the sake of existing.. as are jokes.

The last panel is so profoundly pathetic that it pushes me to hate a cartoon character. The artist did a fantastic job at capturing the emptiness that lies behind the eyes of most trannies. Imagine being moved to guilt or pity for finding men in dresses funny because a cartoon tranny looked at you directly and demanded humanity.
On another note, please don't litter. His people have suffered enough.
