Stonetoss really can't draw palms. The thumb has a ball of fat on it, that's what gives the palm its concavity. But he always slams that onto the pinky despite drawing visible thumbs. He's consistently drawn hands this way.
Hands are tough, but you at least always have a reference for it.

Reading through all of Stonetoss' panels, what is his political stance exactly? I don't think he's a fan of Trump (that or his fanatics). One example is conservatives asking Trump for support about social media censorship. Or his support on Israel.

Ephebophilia is a way for pedophiles to say "actually..." and one-up people calling them pedophiles.
The Youtube video in the second panel is some dumb dragon furry arguing in favor of ephebophilia. It's a popular /pol/ meme because of how particularly absurd it is. I believe he also cites Plato in his justification.
