The thing is, the sort of people who would even care about him being StoneToss would find him being RedPanels just as good a reason to fuck up his life even if he stopped years ago. So the question is what kind of damages are there? They'd appear to be at most ancillary, because part of the statement is true. The general damages calculation is what is the plaintiff's condition now compared to what it would have been had the defamation not occurred.

So in this case, you'd have to calculate the difference in damages between how damaged he'd have been to be (correctly) identified as RedPanels compared to how damaged he'd have been by being identified as both RedPanels (correctly) and StoneToss (incorrectly). I don't see defamation going anywhere anyway, partly because it's looking increasingly like it was true, but even if it wasn't, the doxer presented their reasoning and seems to have had a reasonable basis for it and to have considered it true, and with both RP and ST (if separate people) being limited purpose public figure at the very least, the person making the defamatory statement would have to have held subjective doubts about its veracity or outright deliberately lied.

It would probably be an unpopular dox but if someone here had stumbled across that browsing the Gab leaks, they probably would have doxed him too, much like somebody doxed Jim (they got banned but not specifically for doxing Jim but for doxteasing and being incredibly lame about it to the point it was initially disbelieved).

Also it wouldn't have had pages and pages and pages of tl;dr about how horrible a person he supposedly is, and more jokes about him being fat.

I doubt that they will do that stuff on Bluesky because nobody goes there since it's a hugbox. Even the former blue checkmarks are still crying on Xitter 24/7 despite having a link to their Bluesky account in the bio or name.

Stonetoss lives in Spring Texas, at 20718 La Cote Cir. I know the area and searched for the unmarked photo that was provided in the original thread.
