Also how is this being a 4 year Op more believable than what Solo himself claimed, that Rose gave him the account. He also needs to explain the recording of that Skype call that he sent to WillyMac even under the most charitable interpretation of the circumstances Destiny still retained CSAM long after he had reasonable suspicion that it was in fact CSAM. Again from memory wasn't there something said to suggest that this was a custom interactive session?

However lets suspend disbelief and say that this angle is 100% True. Here Solo is speaking directly and is being very clinical about the things he is saying. He finds Destiny's suffering funny (who wouldn't) but he cares about being correct. Not what you would expect from someone who either hates Destiny or had the gayest of roleplays with him just to extort him for money. Solo's version of events is much more believable and consistent, with some things being held back of course. I cannot see any reason for him to go through the trouble of deep homoerotica just to hold onto it for a few years then later engage again just to leak. Now that Rose has likely thrown him under the bus, I would like to see him come back and correct the record.

I feel sorry for Rose in all this, but I don't think she should be able to lie and get this dysgenic freak off scot free just to save her own skin. I'd rather she got a slap on the wrist but if she has to experience the full consequence of her actions in order for Tiny to do the same then so be it.

Destiny never fully elaborated on his implicit consent argument, but when talking with Henry, he did say the “agreement” was that they could share it between partners, but not send it around.

Without seeing Rose’s deposition, the most reasonable conclusion would be that Steven is just exaggerating one statement about the extent to which Solo had control over Rose’s discord and for what period of time it was possible to be solo…. or it’s just a straight up CYA move by Rose to lie outright.

If Rose did indicate she had no idea or was being trafficked then I have a hard time believing Steven would be banging the “if pxie and Andy weren’t fucking my wallet Id go after this guy” drum though. It’s not to his benefit to do that if he has some real shit to suggest Rose was never directly involved which is why he will have to vague post and soothe the jeets with more empty promises in the coming weeks. Steven should be talking about what joint efforts he was planning to go after solo with Rose’s assistance if he really had no interaction with her previously. As far as Pxie’s case goes though, both scenarios sound worse for Steven when he has to justify why it was reasonable at the time to send Pxie’s video to a sex trafficker or sex trafficking victim he has no recollection of when, where, how, why, or if he did the thing he already admitted to. The question is: Why would Destiny lie about this? If he thought it was 2022 AI, or some third party, or whatever, just say that? The only reason I can imagine him trying to say there were no calls is if he thought he talked to Rose.

Pxie's lawyers have the (sans any incriminating messages that Destiny has deleted) Rose-Destiny logs. DiscordChatExporter - which Destiny used - does indeed export voice call logs (timestamp, duration at least). So there should be either i) Logs of them having voice calls, or ii) At least one of them giving the other their phone number, if it was cellular.
If those two are missing, another reason to call bullshit on the authenticity of his logs (btw, Destiny can also do this, when he says he can't remember).

I think there's some question around whether or not Solo is the trafficker. If there IS a trafficker, it really doesn't make that much sense to me that Solo would be the trafficker. Seems like the dumbest thing in the world for a trafficker to do what Solo did. He might have been a boyfriend, a friend, etc, etc. Who knows?
