This is something that I do think about sometimes, like, how far can you go to blame someone for the current situation.
To me, and what I assume is to any reasonable person, where the infraction and point of no return was made was from the very FIRST time Destiny shared that tape of Pxie without her consent.
Important to note, that the first time didn't even need to be Rose, and it didn't even need to have lead to an eventual KF leak like it currently is, just him breaking Pxie's consent, like I'm sure he did dozens of times before he ever sent it to Rose, counts morally at least.

However, Destiny and his lawyers want you to go even back to play the "blame game", and suggest that it's actually Pxie's as there was "implied consent", or that it's Solo's as he's the one who posted it in the thread, or it's the site's as it's the platform in which Solo published it.

I think it's almost entirely Destiny's fault in more way than one tho. Maybe a lot of them are unintentional, but his actions couldn't have lead to any other result imo.
