Well someone would have to live or work in Illinois for the law to even be asserted against Destiny. But putting that aside, if there’s an example of a Destiny footsoldier operating irl based on Destiny’s online statements, and Kuihman felt strongly enough about the dox to, e.g., break his lease and spend money and time moving his place and taking time off work (read: stop making money) then it could probably constitute a colorable claim under the statute.
