Im going to guess to Destiny's manifesto will be some DMs from Chaery, Pxie or others when they say something that maybe can be consent but not really, and he will say he did nothing wrong and that his DMs with straighterjade was him just "trying to be a good friend because he is also a victim" or some shit like that.
Also he will bring back old drama back to reputation destroy them.
If your talking about whatever he said he's going to do next week, there's no fucking way he'll say anything more about Pxie (or at least anything that hasn't already been revealed yet). He's clearly trying to avoid any potential court action against him.
My guess is he will probably deflect, and try and couch an "acknowledgement" of wrong doing on his part in that deflection. He already used this tactic in his return stream when he denounced people in his fanbase defending the act of sending nudes of others without their knowledge, which allows him to abstract the action (e-rape) from himself whilst simultaneously reaping the rewards of actually showing true remorse.
He'll probably construct a timeline of events (starting from the leaks to now) that is presented in a way that makes all the parties involved look disingenuous or immoral - Sunday, Beckett, himself, jstlk, Deorio, relle, etc, all have made errors in how they've handled the drama ranging from minor to extreme, which is something Destiny could easily take advantage of.
By making everyone in a situation look bad, theoretically, it makes it harder for the cattle to discriminate in how much focus the moral condemnation is directed at. Its a much easier pill to swallow in the mind of the cattle who watch Destiny, that Destiny AND everyone else is a piece of shit, and not just that Destiny as an individual is a scumbag and is exceptionally prone to immoral behavior.
He's already played into the "everyone including me is shitty" which, not coincidently, downplays his shitty behavior.
As for cheairy I genuinely have no idea how he'll handle that. I think JSTLK is pretty trustworthy but it's hard to tell what he's actually purview to outside of having listened to the recording. He recently hinted at some things in the background he knows that implicate Destiny further but he can't reveal it yet.
It's bizarre that Destiny would simultaneously say that he can't comment on the Cheairy stuff when prompted by a question about it from Willy Mac because of it being stuck in litigation, but two weeks ago he was saying the criminal litigation against him was non-existent.
(I take "court stuff" to mean litigation in general since he's acknowledging the Pxie stuff is real despite that having not gone to court yet.)
