I actually laughed out loud when I checked his epic meme post about his "legal arc" on his subreddit and someone was spamming that exact screenshot of Destiny going "yeah, I know" under people asking why he didn't address whether or not he sent sexual material without consent lol.

The DMs seem to indicate his primary concern was criminal charges, which in many jurisdictions require a malicious element. Your intent has to be to intimidate, harass or otherwise embarrass someone when leaking the images.

He probably didn't even consider the potentiality of a civil suit, and now he'll be hung up by his own fucking words.
