Steak is nice, but nothing i would eat often.
im just a sucker for roasts and there is nothing better than having a chunk of fresh prague ham on a fresh bun. my go to butcher does some strange infusing into the fat and its just crazy yummy.
i m currently backing one ion the oven. injected with lingonberry and cinamon. had it before, its just like christmas market in your mouth
