I'll put this out there for everyone. When you take a pic with your phone camera, there is stuff which gets stored within that picture.

That stuff is called metadata.

Metadata can be turned off, and I highly suggest you do so because there really is little reason for it in most circumstances. Anyways, your exact coordinates can be pulled from the metadata. That information can then be used to pinpoint the precise location of someone.

Don't do dumb shit like use a selfie as your av or take a picture of some shit. On the forum, there is a proxy server that helps to avoid this opsec issue, but thats limited to posts on the forum, not avs.
