Correct. The lore is they use gravity plating which manipulates gravitons and produces Earth-like gravity. Gravitons themselves are a hypothetical sub-atomic particle. They're proposed in quantum gravity but have not been proven as a real phenomenon.

And this is why i don't get the Neelix hate. He is the only character that can do this stuff and it being funny. Seven is clearly the worst character of Voyager because all she does is make episodes worse by existing. Neelix on the other hand has some banger episodes. Just watching S7 and his sendoff episode is one of the best episodes of the series even with S7 being rushed.

"Tuvok, you've got to try out Netflix's new holo-program. It's an authentic slice of 19th century Americana." "If you insist, Mr. Paris."

......until at some point he has difficulty sleeping due to the constant shitting from all his talaxian spices in the stew he served that evening and goes to the holodeck to run his program

Only to find kes in the barn bent over a bunch of bales of hay finding out about mandingo bucks after flashing a bunch of the holographic farmhands

Tuvok walks into the holodeck in the morning after neelix did not show up to serve breakfast to find neelix still in the middle of flaying kes alive with a bullwhip and a large pile of burning corpses of the holographic farmhands

Somebody at Cryptic needs to be assigned to the duty officer mission "Execute for incompetence."
This is the same cryptic who thought it was a good idea to release a christmas sweater depicting what they referred to as a 'magical mellanoid' which is a literal racial slur, if not two racial slurs cause mellanoid is a well known one and the magical part could certainly be interpreted to refer to the magical negro stereotype. Quite the interesting coincidence there wouldn't you say

The best part being they are a SF based company loaded to the hilt with left wingers

But "meatbag" does. :smug:

(Or "ugly bag of mostly water" too?)

Back when nobody had a portable phone. Only Gordon Gekko / detectives who absolutely should not be able to afford a convertible had one.

What else is bloober team know for? Interesting that they're featuring Ro as the main character.
They're known for the Layers of Fear series and Silent Hill 2 Remake; while they're ok horror games, they're infamous for their sloppy and blunt storytelling (one character in the Medium is literally named "Sadness").

I'm just glad they didn't tackle the Borg.

No way. Woman who was raised from childhood as Borg trying to figure out human interaction is interesting as fuck. She made the show much better.

The hospital that sent Nichelle Nichols home to die has to pay the family $13M.

We all know about Roots: The Gift, right? It was one of Janeway's holonovels. Tuvok played a house slave.

Captain Janeway was a slave catcher. This was when she and Sisko were dating. He put up with her race play fetish but I don't think he liked it.

Geordi reprised his previous role.

The holodeck reused its Mark Twain model for the plantation's owner.

Then the holo-novel shits the bed and suddenly Darth Vader’s in the middle of interviewing Jor-El, radicalized by General Zod’s supremacist ideologies, pacing around like, “Yes, Lord Vader, the Kryptonian master race must subjugate the inferior Earth savages, just like Janeway did in the holo-n***er program."

Ohnno wait, wrong franchise and wrong Roots series entirely, what the fuck am I doing. I got my wires crossed, this is all fucked.
