You guys excited about the Cheerios star ship model kit? You know, from that cartoon written by that niggeress that constantly self inserted herself into it and even named the ship after some faggy Californian city no one ever heard of that she loved.

Yeah it's kind of ugly, maybe the ugliest starship a company ever sunk $500,000 into tooling a model kit of--but it's only $65 dollars.
I never liked the STO-style ships, their designs are always too busy, too many bits to break the simple "classic" shape.

I don't think there's anything worse than those 32rd century ships with the unconnected nacelles
Behold the Mars class

It looks like a sex toy.
God I hate the disconnected design. It just doesn't make any logical sense. The nacelles are there to generate the warp field using the plasma generated by the matter/anti-matter reaction the warp core. I hate the implication that they're using the teleporters to beam the plasma there.

"we already mostly rely on force fields to keep it from blowing up anyways, why bother with anything else?" t- some idiot engineer at starfleet

It kinda reminds me of what happened to Voyager near the end of "Course: Oblivion". You know, when part of the right nacelle fell off right as the silver blood copy was seconds away from destruction?
