Early this morning, some faggot author I've never heard of told Andy Weir to publicly apologize to Alex Kurtzman whom the faggot describes as a "visionary writer."
Unfortunately, Andy did apologize.
Now, I think it's just a coincidence that Andy apologized after Don's tweets. But Don is running a victory lap over it and reposting Andy's apology as a response to criticism of his own faggy posts. Real smarmy individual. "Writers stand up for other writers," miss me with that shit.

At the very least, you could argue that Weir was venting after his pitch was shot down and had the humility to apologize for what he said once he calmed down. Winslow is the one being a dick about the whole thing.

Looks like this guy was responsible for writing ‘Savages’. I haven’t read the book but I watched the movie and it was godawful. Weed growing polycule fights the Mexican cartels. Awful, awful movie.
‘Project Hail Mary’ was, on the other hand, a very enjoyable popcorn flick.

I kinda dislike how the borg worked. As a species they were neat but their power level was all over the place. They are either a threat or their cubes are being blown up left and right. Other races felt a lot more consistent with how much damage their ships could both dish out and take.

Yeah not sure what happened to Treat Williams, he went from Hair to working with Sidney Lumet to this sinkhole. Not even being "selective" with this projects.
Not that Tom Berenger was exactly killing it either.
I rented The Substitute 1. With like two rewrites and one sober adult in the room, it would be good. Instead it’s like a cheap Seagal movie desperately trying to cash in on Mr. Holland's Opus.

I generally want a game like Eve Online, Freelancer or the X-series set in the Trek-universe, something that comes with its own in-universe economy, resource mining, corporations, alpha and beta canon locations, ships, tech, skills and so and so on. But I don't keep my hopes up that it'll be made.
