And as a bonus, I found pooners posting about a book called "Hung Jury" which contains a bunch of rotdog testimonials. Pooner recommends it to try and convince women to get this surgery. It's $20 on Amazon though.
Yes because there's nothing more masculine than putting your mutilation scars on a Sim in the Sims, a game known for it's masculine playerbase.

Also $20 for a book on rotdog testimonials is a crime, when they should just come here for their testimonials instead for free!

Anyway, let us rejoice! BlueCatStripes of Dr. Santucci has survived to 6 days post-op! And things still look, um, gnarly. She kindly even provided us a proper before-and-after comparison!
(Since some Kiwis dislike metoidioplasties, if you missed my last post about BCS, this is a meta, so click at your own risk.)

October 8th I got full meta with Dr. Santucci in Austin. I debated on posting later on my first post op appointment but thought I’d do it now since yall saw how gnarly it first was.

I’ve had some ups and downs regarding pain management and bowel movements. I’m going to be TMI in this post, hoping I’ll help someone out in the future if they go through what I’m going through.

Everything has seemed to be healing good and quickly but the amount of bruising and swelling I have is absolutely crazy. It’s slowly started to go down and bruising has lightened. I’ve been able to clean up pretty well and my only concern as of now is keeping things clean and moisturized. I’m noticing my “tip” is dry frequently and it becomes a bit uncomfortable and the itching has begun to swell. No bueno! The itchy has been no fun right now and I only predict it to get worse, lol…. I’ve honestly not placed a bunch of dressings on and when I do, it’s a quick cover up after applying ointment in the incisions, dry or itchy areas. Otherwise I don’t necessarily keep gauze on it and let it breathe.

I’ve been able to get up and around fairly easily, especially now I’m further post op. At the very beginning I was in a lot of pain, a bit unbearable but it was also without ibuprofen and I begun meds to chill out muscle spams, which I discovered I was having. Everything has been incredibly tense and I’ve been taking stool softener once or twice a day and it helps. Here’s the TMI- my bowel movements were incredibly painful and still aren’t the most fun. Theyre very pastey and… well, explosive. I’m very gassy too. I may be taking too much stool softener but I don’t want to take less right now because fear of straining and popping something open. Having bowel movements have been uncomfortable and I have to mentally prep myself when I feel it coming. Once again, my bowel movements hurt real bad the first two or three days. Intense cramping, sweating and hot flashes and light headedness. Not fun. It’s mellowed out since but again, still not fun but not hurting like it was.

The catheter has been the least of my problems, I am starting to notice it more though and it’s becoming more annoying and I’m sure I’m going to get sick of it quick. It doesn’t hurt. It’s just in the way. It’s not fun when there’s a slight pull, that kinda hurts. My first appointment in on Wednesday and that’s supposed to be me swapping to a valve system. I don’t know much else besides that though. If anyone has questions, let me know. These photos are from most recent to day of surgery. And one before

I think it has mellowed out, absolutely! It was super not fun at the beginning but was also happy to be having those bowel movements and I wasn’t completely clogged up. I’m doing better, that’s for sure.

I just have the suprapubic catheter. Some surgeons just decide on using that which, I’m super happy mine didn’t use urethra. I believe he said it was because it’s less likely for infection and risks of fistulas. I also believe Santucci will have me doing some “pee trials” with the flow valve once I get the bag off and switched over.

This is some of the most cringe “ACKSHUALLY, I’m a MAN!” Writing I’ve ever seen.

Yes Ma’am, “No bueno!” Is exactly how a man would describe his post-clitoris mutilation annoyances.

Thank you for posting this for those of us unable or unwilling to look at a (shudders) metoidoplasty.

"No bueno!" "Not the most fun!" "Super not fun!" "A bit unbearable!"

The way she talks about it is like having an awkward road trip for a few hours rather than permanently altering her ability to comfortably void urine and feces, much less her sexual functioning. Most doctors would kill to have patients so willing to grin and bear it and never speak ill of a single thing while shelling out thousands on follow-up visits, aftercare, post-procedural side effects, etc. If every patient was as cheeky and optimistic as her, malpractice wouldn't even exist.

I noticed that some pooners are literally yellow (independent of lighting), does T cause liver damage?
With MTFs it's always the kidneys. But I guess pooners take what ever the roidmonkeys are having.
"deranged pedophilic degenerate fandom artist pooner with BIID who had her leg amputated".
Ah, ty. What a horrorcow. I didn't know what to expect anymore but this is still way worse than I could've imagined.
This one really makes me count my blessings as a born, intact male.
I can live in the certainty, that I would probably just be an eunuch with shot kidneys, had I been born 10 to 15 years later but
never a rotdog'd, yellow tinge'd pooner. Praise be. I think I've got a little taste of what exactly made terfs and esp. J.K. go full sperg about this.
Poonerism really is something else compared to good old trannys.
For once, women outdid the gays with derangement, degeneracy and self-hate. I weep.
A thousand trannys to safe one woman from pooning.

mtf neovags, I can understand. as in I can comprehend them. They are coherent, in their own twisted way. cut away the unwanted flesh and stuff it into a makeshift hole. It's nasty but it's something I can wrap my head around.

but rotdogs. there is something so fucking horrifying about trying to stitch extra flesh where it doesn't belong. I genuinely struggle to comprehend what my eyes are seeing. some kind of lovecraftian experience. i hate it so fucking much. God has truly abandoned us.

I don't think pooners would be popping orals.
Yeah, I often saw the ones in documentaries doing T-gel. It's kinda weird, esp. TIMs seem to still often pop pills, if they're not getting gradual release implants or injections...
But I wouldn't count on pooners not popping pills for whatever weird reasons, either. This stuff is a mess, they're really making it up as they go, after all. You'd think that there's one, safe "protocol" for either MTF or FTM troons but no. It's different for every looney troon, even when a doctor is involved.

I can't quote your post for some reason, but your beautiful accurate rotdog art reminded me of the only drawing made by a pooner that represented the real outcome of complete SRS  very accurately.
It was made by Kjersten, aka homunculus100, who was a popular xitter artist, mutilation/amputation fetishist.
I wonder what's she up to these days after being banned from Xitter. Anyone got an update?

To me, there is something very telling about the fact that for MTFs, their fantasy is to be a completely flawless and perfect woman who may or may not have a throbbing, functioning penis, but for FTMs even in their fantasies they want some degree of 'honesty' (the bilateral mastectomy scars, the phalloplasty scars, etc). I'm sure there's something to be written about male vs. female fantasies, but I find it fascinating all the same. If you were truly going to make your Simself, why would you put that little thing through the indignity of a miserable, expensive, possibly fatal surgery? Is accuracy that important to you?
To me, this seems like a clear sign that their main goal is attention-seeking. A big chunk of MTFs troon out because they're ashamed of their failure-to-launch loser lives and want to escape into a totally new person, so they want the illusion to be as complete as possible. Meanwhile many FTMs desperately want everyone to marvel at how tragic their suffering is and how brave they are for struggling through life. Can't get that if you hide your transition and just come off as a run-of-the-mill boring cis male.

cannot recall a time I've seen someone draw a post-op MTF, but I can think of a few times I've seen post-op FTMs, specifically the ones with phalloplasties. Usually, pooner porn involves bilateral mastectomy scars and, sometimes, clitoromegaly; suspiciously, I find most of it depicts pooners sporting barely-hairy, labia-free pussies that wouldn't be out of place in lesbian pornography, meaning much of pooner porn is either roided out dudes from Metal Gear Solid who just happen to have cute little vulvas with nary a sign of puberty's intervention or what are essentially skinny tomboys. Really, the megaclits are not as common, but I have seen an uptick in them in recent years. Phallos remain thin on the ground.
Interesting you say that. In the SJW art thread there are plenty of examples of mastectomy scars of varying degrees, but the art I've found have had varying thickness of pubic hair. Designer labias, though. Plenty of roid clits. I did find one artist who did draw phalloplasty Frankendongs, who could be considered talented. Otherwise no, Frankendongs are rare.
I noticed that some pooners are literally yellow (independent of lighting), does T cause liver damage?

Yes
There are a few studies that say no, the risk of liver damage by testosterone is low. The most recent one came out this year.

With MTFs it's always the kidneys. But I guess pooners take what ever the roidmonkeys are having.
This is a matter of exogenous hormones and repeated urinary tract infections, in the case of fly-by-night genital surgery. (Both the infections and the antibiotics to treat them as they get gnarlier and more resistant.)
