There's a reason why certain cosmetic procedures are allowed and others aren't, and even in cases where they are there are limits like no silicone implants above 800cc (personally I think there should be more limits that should need a multidisciplinary consult and agreement to break). Gender Dysphoria is a real condition, but it's a mental condition, and AGP is a fetish, in either case these aren't reasons to allow a person to let some quack fillet their genitals.

All that said let them filler up, get chin implants or reductions, nose jobs, and all the rest of it to create a face they like. It might be a part of their disorder but an overdone garishly painted face, acrylics, and a glued on wig aren't functional, it's very unlikely going to land them in hospital with endless infections, piss problems, fistulas, and all the other shit that not only eats up tax payer money but is a direct result of destroying a functional part of the body, not unlike cutting off arms or legs does for the people with body integrity disorder.

There's that, but perhaps even more importantly- they don't do it to themselves, do they? They pay someone else to do it to them. Not even just one deranged surgeon, either, but an entire staff- OR, postop, clinic, on and on. At least a dozen people dragged into every single one of these cases, one way or another. And what does it do to these people, to their moral and ethical core, to their integrity as practitioners and as human beings, to have them participate in these mutilations? Nothing good.

And they don't live in a vacuum. They take their blunted ethical sense, their corrupted morals, their contaminated professionalism, to the next patient and out into the world.

In short- it's bad for society to allow this.

My daughter has passed away
Some of you here know me and my daughter Bella who had her surgeries in January with Dr Sutin.

I know she actually got quite close with some of you and some we met in person so I wanted to share here to make sure that everyone she cares about gets to know.

She was found on Monday afternoon.

Due to the circumstances there needs to be an investigation before her funeral but I know it will be live streamed because of her international friends.

If anyone who knew Bella would like to be given the information when it becomes available then please message me.

And please people if you are struggling then you must reach out to someone, I promise you more people love you than you know

Hi all, We are heading the Thailand next month for surgery at PAI (Dr Sutin)

I have a couple of travel related questions. Coming from Australia with the surgery funds in cash is scary. Whilst I know about declaring it at customs etc what I am unsure about is how to go through security with it? Do I put the money belt into a locked bag and keep eyes on it or do I wear it through the scanner and get a pat down?

On the way back we will obviously have dilators in the carry on as we have a 12hr layover. Do we need to expect to be questioned by security about these since Thailand is a very modest country?

Any and all advice is appreciated. Thank you

Hey there, to preface I'm a mum and I'm going to mum at you. (We are in Australia so it's mum instead of mom in the US)

My daughter had her surgery with Sutin in mid January, I was there for every step. I also know several girls who had surgery with him over the past decade.

I 100% promise you that you look exactly right. I know you look almost identical to my daughter at that stage, and the same as her friend who went two weeks earlier.

My daughter was not great with cleaning or touching for a few weeks, I'm guessing a big part of that was the numbness. She was getting me to do her washes the first week in the hotel so she didn't have to touch herself.... That is totally ok and normal in my opinion. You have a whole new you to get to know, like dating someone new, it can be best to take things slowly.

I can 100% promise you that if you take daily photos and then do a comparison in a week that you will see a ton of progress that you aren't going to notice day by day.

My daughter also swelled a lot like you have, that's totally normal although unpleasant. Her (and her friend who went just before) both look extremely natural now. By about week 4/5 both girls you couldn't tell that they were neo vaginas if you ignored the stitches.

I know it's super hard right now and it's going to stay really hard for a bit longer. I wish I could say otherwise but I'm always super honest. But I also know for a fact that you are super brave and strong and can handle this.... You were so brave and strong and true to yourself from the moment you decided to live authentically. You can handle this, it's hard I know but I have complete trust in the fact that you are brave and strong. You are going to be so happy in a month that you did this. I promise.

Regarding your second choice of Dr Sutin. My daughter is 20 and had surgery with him in January. She doesn't need any revisions. Same for my friend who had him in March and another couple of girls I've met on here who had surgery this year with him.

We had the same choices for my daughter and in the end she decided the lottery system was too much and that she needed her surgery sooner rather than later.

The clinic was amazing with Bune being there to help with questions and Dr Sutin had amazing English and he is quite funny. As soon as we met with them for the consultation any concerns or worries we had went away. Sure there was the night before the surgery when it was tough doing the bowel cleansing but Bune talked us through the issues (my daughter struggles with tastes and texture issues) After care was amazing and even late on a Saturday night when there was some wound separation they calmed us down and had someone there first thing in the morning to take us to the clinic so Dr Sutin could assess it (three Stitch under a local)

Honestly seeing the difference having surgery has made to my daughter im so glad we didn't wait for the lottery system, to be completely honest I'm not sure she would have survived that long.

Ultimately you need to decide which surgeon gives the aesthetics you want and then decide if the wait time is manageable. That will tell you which doctor to go with.

Homeschool is WAY easier and less stress than the school at home they make you do (also for most of us it's cheaper)
Also the homeschool sports carnival, swimming lessons and group classes are still going on, just modified for the risks. I assume the ball for homeschool kids 13-18 in term 4 will also continue.
I don't envy those of you who are having to deal with the constant changes and risks that schools bring.

It's very fake and gay. The initial post sounds like a man trying to sound like what he thinks a woman sounds like, but he's not really committing to the role. The comment followup was not written by any woman ever. The 'reason of death' comment read to me as male in only the first three words.
