Nearly two months after phalloplasty and half a month after glansplasty, and everything seems to be healing very well surprisingly! I was thinking about what tattoos I should get to help cover up my scars, any suggestions? I was also thinking about getting a Prince Albert piercing because I thought it would be cool and I might as well get it while I can hardly get anything. Feel free to ask any questions!

Hi everyone, tomorrow I will be 3 weeks post op stage 1 (penis creation only) with Devin O’Brien Coon. I know that his PIPE method is new and I wanted to share my experience so far for those considering this as an option.

Recovery has been relatively smooth so far. The abdominal tightness is by far the worst part especially the first two weeks. I do have some wound separation on the abdominal incision that appeared the past couple of days but that seems to be a very common complication with this procedure. The skin is stretched so tightly across the abdomen and separation can happen easily. No issues at all so far with the penis.

Burial, scrotoplasty, and glansplasty will be stage 2 for me. No UL or vaginectomy.

Holy fuck, imagine being that young and in total kidney failure. No urine at all means they’re permanently fucked.

You can’t live indefinitely on dialysis (20 years if you’re lucky) and it only replaces a fraction of your natural kidney function. Kidney transplants have a shelf life of 5-20 years and are hard to come by. She’ll be lucky to make it to middle age.

I don’t think kidney failure after having a rot dog installation is that much of a mystery. Urinary retention from failing to void causes damage when there’s too much backed up, also catheters tend to cause UTIs, which can spread up to the kidneys.
