📚 Megathread SRS and GRS surgeons and associated horrors - the medical community of experimental surgeons, the secret community of home butchers

So I happened to scroll that sub a little bit for the first time and found this: 1st look / Day 1-2 of recovery (vulvaplasty)

I will try and make an archive later.
Jesus fucking Christ he's so fat. I thought there was a BMI limit on elective surgery?
Of course why should I be surprised about standards for genital mutilation...
Seriously this fat fuck is gonna go necrotic just watch.
Whats with those two huge sloppy ass stitches that look like they were put in by a shakey handed drunken Royal Navy surgeon during the Battle of Trafalgar with the ship coming apart around him and cannonballs ripping through the operating room?
Did the surgeon slip and carve right down through this fat troons taint?
This image shows how far from Gods light we have fallen.

Rff Phalloplasty week 1, 2,3 complications + frustration + euphoria

First pic; still in hospital days after surgery, everything is well, second pic is 1 week post op and out of the hospital. the glands ridge died at this point. 3rd pic is the second weekish and there is necrosis and the start of wound separation. 4th pic is the 3rd week post op. I am under consistent care by Dr Chen and the surgeons from the buncke clinic. They say although it’s not the most ideal healing situation, I will heal. They said these complications are unfortunately more common than people would think and especially in people with a higher bmi. Regardless of the complications I would do this all over again I feel so much more at home in my body 💕I’m looking for personal anecdotes has anyone else experienced this level of necrosis? Any Recommendations?
I remember this chick, she made this awful fanart, which was posted somewhere here on KF.
...while fucking horrifying, that would make a rad scar.
Just me? Ok.

I've fallen back down into the tranny rabbit hole again. I don't know if this has been posted before, but not only did this pooner retard have necrosis on their "phallo" their tits rotted off too after a double mastectomy (would do it all over again of course!):
Before + after non-binary double mastectomy + surgery complications
I had top surgery in 2020 with Dr javad sajan in Seattle. I honestly cannot recommend him to anyone ever. My experience was really bad and my results are unfortunate. He blamed my dog ear complications, wrinkling, low nipple location and wound separation on my weight. Had I wished I had done some more research before choosing a surgeon? Yes. Even with my results would I do it all over again? Absolutely. Going from F sized breasts to an A cup masculine chest is better than nothing I just still wish I was flat instead of how it turned out.

6 Month Post Op Vaginoplasty- does it pass?
Had srs 6 months ago. How natal does it look? Will I need a revision? And if I do will it be a big one? Also having ffs today super nervous!!!”

this post made me lol.
It looks like a wad of bubblegum wrapped in scrotum

Which isn’t too far from the truth

The stitched-down minidick is supposed the be the clit, I assume? By all means, get a revision. And another. And another. The next surgery will make you a Barbie doll, honest.

And here’s the TiF with “but I don’t regret it and I’d do it all again”, right on cue, always after a long list of reasons why she does regret it. It’s so sickeningly feminine. Say something, then appease right away after just in case someone should have their feelings hurt or disagree with you.

Okay so the seamstress in me is like, if you didn't want ruffles and ruching you needed to sew in a dart when you have that much excess fabric.

Edit: I know some men like big ones, but Jesus those things make me feel empathetically sweaty and tired.
They weren't big in a good way. I'm guessing like all insane Pooners she (attempted to) bind them, which even if they weren't huge would have ruined them.
And I'm not even a woman but looking at them makes my back ache.
You gotta laugh at the one picture where you can see her face though :story: like all Pooners its feminine as fuck. She could grow a beard like the Ayatollah Khomeini and she'd still just look like a hairy woman.

Just look how terrible the stitching is, especially in her left breast (right from our POV.) the whole mass of skin has been pulled too far to the side.

It really does look like one of those times where you get towards the end of the seam and realise it’s all going to have to be unpicked and you should have pinned the ease better rather than eyeballing it. That’s mildly annoying with fabric but ffs with actual human flesh… it’s no wonder she has dog ears.

I think those might be temporary stitches to hold in a dialator that the stink ditch has been grafted around. Oh god, why do I know about these different techniques for creating am holes?! I've spent too much time reading this thread, I need to go now, bye

Weirdly enough, the entertaining filler UK tv show Come Dine With Me, alerted me to this vast category of people - (it's a show where like five strangers host a dinner party each night and are judged on their cooking and ambiance with a winner of a grand at the end)

Anyway, there was always at least one. If not two, absolute nightmare psychos every episode. And this show was on like every afternoon for about 18 years. Just a endless stream of nutters. But said nutters always had huge posh kitchens. So these people were clearly holding down jobs good enough to attain this.
Really unks' u unk.
There is an episode of CDWM featuring crazy AGP Jonathan "India" Willoughby as a contestant, filmed very early in his transition.

This is the guy who threatened to show the world his cervix on national TV.

The episode is called "Carlisle" and had disappeared from YouTube last time I had a look for it.

That's sounds like a reasonable guess (and action lol) but the sheer sloppiness just shows the absolute lack of concern for the patient and care and pride in their work these butchers have. It really is just a case of get them in and out as quickly as possible, although looking at this one smell likely had a role in clearing them out as fast as possible, I can't imagine what that Troon Beluga smells like, they're not exactly good at keeping up.with hygeine. Likely another reason they end up with infections.

I wonder if they hose them down before surgery?

The less they care about these idiot troons and the faster they rush them out the door, the more money they make with the endless line of these stupid fucking retards desperately begging to be mutilated.

One of my first exposure to troons was a documentary called Southern Comfort it was about a pooner dying from uterine cancer yeah God has a sick sense of humor and I love it sometimes. To be fair the pooners in it were decent enough of people and saner than any tranny today but still nuts when compared to normal people.

One of the things they complained about was how they got shitty Zipper tit surgery vs women who had mastectomy surgeries and how Rot Dogs never looked like real dicks. That's one point in their column vs today's troons they knew that shit looked fake, but they still thought it was a conspiracy on the medical community part vs doctor's unable to create something natural looking from a abomination that goes against nature. It also never dawned on them that the doctors who do mastectomy surgeries and other reconstruction surgeries like that are doing it to help people who have been thru some horrible shit due to circumstances not of their own making and thus give thier best work. While troons are stuck with the bottom feeders of the medical community that are willing to prey on mentally ill freak shows for a quick buck.

Altruism plays a part, maybe, but there are some other reasons too. First and foremost, a mastectomy for breast cancer is a life-saving operation. The surgeon is trying to remove a tumour, plus all breast tissue (if prophylactic, all the tissue still has to go). If no reconstruction is done at the time, the end result is not meant to be like a małe chest. It is almost concave. If reconstruction is done at the same time, the tissue is replaced with the same amount of filler. Your patient also has to recover quickly if chemo or radiation is next. If you mess up the tissue removal, your patient potentially has a fatal outcome. Your main source of work - referrals from oncologists and doctors who are not fucking around - dries up.

Contrast that with pooner surgery in which some tissue is supposed to be left, with a detached nipple slapped back on. Experienced specialist breast surgeons would do a decent job, but they are usually too busy saving lives and liaising with oncology teams to add pooners to their to-do list. Li’l pooners therefore have their choice of general surgeons with varying levels of expertise, let alone care. And the risk for doing a half-assed job? A pathetic social media whinge, and a claim of no regrets. You might even get a second job fixing up your mess. No-one dies. No-one sues you. And then the next one comes through the door.

Cancer, yada yada, all OK now. My excellent surgeon did an excellent job - medical people rave about my scar. My ribcage is easy to feel through my skin. The weird thing is that if i drink really hot or cold drinks I can feel them going down on the surgery side, as if the skin is now so close to the esophagus it picks up the temperature.
