The issue is that it's not actually about that. The goal is not actually the goal, not subconsciously. It's why they all get ACTUAL dysphoria post-surgery. They're just trying to find purpose in life. A prosthetic/toy penis does not accomplish this. It does not provide a long-term, drawn out problem with some wonderful life-saving solution at the end of a tunnel. It does not create a coming-of-age story about finding your true self. It does not delay having to enter society and take responsibility because it does not come with debilitating surgeries with endless revisions. For the TiMs, tucking your penis and taking it up the ass or wearing a thigh tunnel does not turn your mid-life crisis or need to pull attention away from your pregnant wife about.
