I'm sure people here will love to inform you about Magnus Hirschfield and all that pre-nazi crazyness that gave us our first SRS (with regulars adding one of the surgeons joined the nazis later), but aside from that, attempts to create a penis or vagina have been around for as long as surgeries were first attempted. As our lovely "transfolk" like to remind us, "intersex people exist", and from the start doctors have tried many different procedures on women with vaginal agenesis. Surprisingly, attempting to create a functional organ are harder than mitigating quality of life of going without them in most cases.
The added difficult that we are now trying to do it in a man just makes it harder but thinking this is just "a new and underexplored practice" is troon copium of the highest order, neovaginas and neophallus are as old as medicine and they have not been succesful in all that time, there's little to "improve", the only chance for anything better is a complete new technology from something else entirely.

I did a whole post about her and who Deschamps has used the girl as a "success story" in his medical writing. She's pretty infamous at this point tho, not a great start to the all-in-one face masculinization market. I'm sure the super rich ones like Ellen Page can get specific stuff done like the looksmaxing incels, but they don't market the way FFS does.
See above, she posted pics on facebook, plus there's a pic in a medical journal. He was super excited to create an Adam's apple new procedure, doesn't do much tho.
We should make a compilation of "infamous cases" of some sort so people can have easy access to reading the full available stories on some of this stuff, I feel like posts with multiple updates and stuff really helps you understand just how bad things are (and we can read all that has been dug op on infamous cases).
She's pissed cause the "worl class surgeon" did some piss poor job even for a non-troon job, she had a bunch of avoidable mistakes like the problems with her implant and the surgeon did the disappearing act. The difference is his errors were not from trying an impossible task like your average srs butcher, but screwing up well documented procedures normal doctors can do better. Mind you, most of her problems were not from the actual appearance but health consequences from a whack job.
