There’s some sort of widespread pasta shortage. So, being someone who likes to cook, would like to bypass the shortages despite living among bug people, and is one-eighth Italian, what’s trying to make your own pasta like? Is it particularly hard or easy if you know how?

It's not so much hard as...precise. My wife can do it in her sleep and it's magnificent, but I screw it up everytime.
