the answer is that the community enables this behavior. the site allows things like pedo jokes and constant discussions about pedophilia (ex. doxx threads on literal whos with 2 followers to waste peoples times, 'g, 'o, and other 'a'b'c'd'e jokes (haha get it the joke is 'p like CSAM), the usage of "pedo" as an insult rather than as something to be taken seriously)
