Ever since Mark Zuckemburger gave Indonesia the (I)internet it's been downhill since. I've taken the moral stand (and highground) and preached for years about these fuckers infiltrating websites and spamming cp and animal abuse everywhere.
Any intelligent website owner would insta IP ban Indonesia
Says there's over 100 devices on that ip so it must be some shared NAT ipv4 which is pretty common in 3rd world countries. Not really that identifying then since it doesn't even point directly to his router.
