Well you can mod the ds2 movement with pretty basic fixes to play more like ds1 and 3. No clue why they never fixed in in scholar, they had playtesters I assume.

Can someone ask Zullie directly? I'm not in any of those communities. Future medical expenses says they're booking an operation to me.The lack of transparency is really what's setting off the red flags for me. If this was something actually life saving, the dumb fuck would just say so since that makes the pity donations flow in that much quicker.
EDIT: I sure hope none of these lovely people regret their decision to support a stranger with an unspecified medical issue over the internet.

Modding Dark souls 2 into the other engines would spoil it. All of these games have unique engine quirks and pacing. Once you speed up Dark souls 2 into Dark souls 3's pacing nothing is a challenge any more. Stamina is so important in 2 and irrelevant in 3, BB and ER. As soon as you remove that balance you end up with a different game.Well you can mod the ds2 movement with pretty basic fixes to play more like ds1 and 3. No. Absolutely none unfortunately. Even Daughters Of Ash, the old praised ds1 mod is absolute cancer and has many design choices that are insufferable. The developer of DOA claimed it was a mod that was "closer to what fromsoft intended" while having enemy spam up the ass lol. It haphazardly implements cut content but as you'll see it was CUT FOR A REASON. THE FLYING WYVERNS DO NOT WORK WELL WITH THE BASE MOVEMENT SET THE PLAYER IS GIVEN. Nothing comes close to From's design. All we have are lousy remixes and faster paces. Makes me wish From gave us mod tools or all their tools so I can just start making cooler shit myself within less than a year. Middleware gets in the way of that though. Are there any good mods for the games in gameplay aspect? Everytime I see a mod by some dumbfuck youtuber it's like a joke on how the fanbase is absolutely retarded to prove how good they are.
Best case scenario: Zullie is just an autist who doesn't understand how important it is to be transparent, I've never seen e-begging for vague medical expenses ever going well in the long term, but I'll be happy to be wrong. Can someone ask Zullie directly? Thanks for reminding me that they put the Demon Firesage into the Painted World's circular tower, that shit made me realize the mod wasn't worth playing.Daughters Of Ash, the old praised ds1 mod is absolute cancer and has many design choices that are insufferable.
It's pretty amazing how fucking ugly the remaster was, not even design was but simple oversaturated phone game visuals. I don't know how much the arguments in the video were factual considering Demon Souls (at least from my memory) also had a lot vague lore, and fans are still in the copium phase of Miyazaki being incapable of doing any wrong and it must be someone else having shit decisions.Speaking of which, someone just released a video about it:

I get the butt-hurt over the visuals being changed but I do welcome the gameplay enhancements and 60 FPS. I'm surprised but also not surprised that Sony still hasn't done a PC port. It's pretty amazing how fucking ugly the remaster was, not even design was but simple oversaturated phone game visuals. Wait a few more years. While it's the only PS5 title any one cares about it needs to stay on their system. When the PS6 hits it will jump ship.I get the butt-hurt over the visuals being changed but I do welcome the gameplay enhancements and 60 FPS. I thought it was a janky POS.Original Demon's Souls is such a strange anomaly of a game that it's magic will never truly be replicated.
Fixed that for you!I thought it was ajanky POSMAGIC!.
This. 100% my exact thoughts when playing Demons on an emulator. Dark Souls 1 is rough around the edges but holy fuck, Demons is like an Alpha build of that game.So when I play Demon's Souls, I just see prototype Dark Souls with more jank and weird experimental design decisions.
You have my deepest sympathies and I hope you get better. If I had to rank Souls games it would be: 3, 2, Elden Ring, 1,
Mine would be... 1, Sekiro, BB, 3, ER, 2 and DSI also loved Dark Souls 2. If I had to rank Souls games it would be: 3, 2, Elden Ring, 1, (haven't fully played Bloodborne but did like what I played in ShadPS4), Sekiro, ............. Demons. I fucking HATED Demons Souls.
In many ways it is. I'd argue that most mechanics DS1 iterated upon were imo improvements.Demons is like an Alpha build of that game.
Ironically, Firesage was a boss in Ariamis originally and was ice themed. His internal name is still "snow demon" or sth to that effect. That's why he doesn't do fire damage and is weak to fire despite being a literal flaming demon. So the mod seems to be referencing that bit cut content. Thanks for reminding me that they put the Demon Firesage into the Painted World's circular tower, that shit made me realize the mod wasn't worth playing.
A lot of autists go prison gay.But seriously why the fuck are there so many troons in the souls community? One of the old ds3 hackers who would make custom boss fights (amir) also trooned out.
I actually like this system a lot more than MP. It helped to balance out the bigger spells from the smaller ones (especially in DS1 when you couldn't just constantly refuel spells like 2) and made it so that picking up the same spells really meant something, allowing NG+ to matter a little more and merchants selling duplicate spells to not just have wasted inventory.replacing MP with cast amounts
