I was saying that Gywndolin is the son of Gwyn and Velka. I am aware Priscilla is a bastard half-dragon, half-god.
Right, that's not possible. Gwyndolin's paleness, snake legs and moon powers are all clear indications of him being related to Seath. Serpents are
imperfect dragons so his serpent features indicate he is related to a dragon but is far enough removed that he is no longer able to develop strong dragon features. More to the point, anybody besides Priscilla would not result in Gwyndolin having white hair&skin, snake legs and moon powers. This includes Velka.
Also I think Shira is the daughter of Astor
That's a pretty random pull. "The Duke" is a very specific term and literally only 1 character is called that while also having a direct connection to Anor Londo/Gwyn's family. Arstor is just some dude from Carim that exists in 5 item descriptions. It's clearly not him.
Nevermind that even in Japanese, Shira uses "公爵" which is a term used only used for Seath in DS1&3. Arstor is denoted with "公" the
sole instance he is mentioned in DS3.
And "Shira" is clearly another Seath child, because (beyond her literally saying that she is his daughter) she has a very similar name to Priscilla in Japanese, who is another child of Seath.
シラ (
Shira)[Shira] -> プリ
シラ (Puri
shira)[Priscilla]
There's nothing to indicate her existence is too late or early either, and nowhere is it said she was a knight during the war with the dragons. She is only described as being Filianore's knight. Her not looking like Seath&his family is probably down to sth stupid, like the lore being adjusted somewhat late or them using a player model or sth. She has long white hair in her concept art (which is more Seath-like), and that's not reflected in the model either. Her being literally written to say she is Seath's daughter supersedes this nonetheless.
The only argument you could make is that "The Princess" in this context should probably be Filianore and not Gwynevere. Which, yeah, by virtue of Filianore being the focal point of the DLC and Shira's relation to her already being established, would be appropriate. In which case, Seath banged Filianore.
I don't think there's that strong of a connection between Seath and Priscilla
Dude. It's not complicated. Again, there is literally one "white dragon" in the game. Then you come across a "half dragon" that is... completely white.
Who could have possibly been the dragon to produce a half dragon like that? It is not even subtle.
Your whole counterargument is that one item describes her as very white, lol. Like this isn't Seath having a specific title that's only used for him, which is deliberate terminology, it's just an adjective in a sentence that was used
once. Just think about what you're saying, "Seath, the only white dragon in the game, who is also called White Dragon Seath, is not white enough to be the dad of the only white Half Dragon in the game, must be some other, whiterer white dragon that was never mentioned or depicted ever". Like what?
Additionally Gwyndolin and Priscilla don't have a lot connections
Again, there is literally only one character in the game Gwyn could have fucked to produce Gwyndolin, and that is Priscilla. There's no mystery, it's that basic and simple. Your hangups about Priscilla not having moon magic or Gwyndolin not having lifehunt is silly. It's like saying Gwyndolin can't be Gwyn's son because he doesn't use lightning. You even brought up the Aldrich miracle that just absolutely beats you over the head that they're related, like, c'mon.
Her being "young" is nonsense as is her being "sealed away since birth". There's nothing to indicate either, and it's quite obviously untrue for the former, as she is Gwyndolin's mom. Since she's Seath's daughter, a dragon Gwyn himself accepted into his family and made Duke, he wouldn't have had a problem with her by himself. Other gods like Lloyd? Less so. And I didn't say he married her, though the game doesn't say Gwyndolin is a bastard, unlike Priscilla. Gwyn specifically fearing Priscilla is not mentioned anywhere, and him porking her very strongly implies the complete opposite.
As for the girl mentioned in the Aldrich miracle, that's most likely just Yorshka. It's a bit wacky, the miracle itself is born of Gwyndolin's memories of Priscilla but the story in the description is not meant to be about her. It's about a secret(Yorshka) Gwyndolin kept hidden from him.
