New rumours are that a Sony exclusive is heading to Switch 2. My money is on Horizon because Hulst is a whore.

What are your guesses?

If it's an actual PS Studios game then I'd guess Spider-Man Remastered or maybe the TLOU1 remake. If it's another Japan Studio IP licensed to a third party, maybe LocoRoco or Ape Escape? I don't see any heavy hitters going multiplat yet.

I assume Stellar Blade won't be published by PS Studios when it goes multiplat. And I wonder how soon Death Stranding 1 is getting ported, KojiPro said they're bringing the game to more platforms and it's already on every other console, PC, phones, streaming services...they practically had to mean Switch 2.

What are your guesses?

Anything that already has been ported to PC is likely to appear on Switch 2. It is more a matter of which ports would be likely easier to do and run on Nintendo's hardware with a degree of stability. At this point I don't think anything is off the table, it was already stated by them that porting game to PC was like printing money, I guess if developers can manage to ship games complete in a game card like Cyberpunk 2077 did, they'll perform well in sales.

Nintendo fans may also get a morbid enjoyment out of playing Sony games on the Switch 2 as a sort of "own" to the competition.

Horizon since Sony can’t seem to whore it out enough. Plus the Horizon lego game makes it a easy guess IMO.

That's a good shout. I'm sticking with Horizon because the lego game was on switch 1 and Hulst wants everyone to witness his genius of Horizon. Plus, it's not a violent game.

If they are smart they would use Nintendo's audience to try and revive a franchise they killed already, something like LBP, Jak & Daxter, Ape Escape, or Ratchet & Clank by releasing some lazy complete collections of the old games.

But we are talking about Sony so they will throw Horizon on the system to die against BoTW & ToTK

One of my highlights of the last general Direct was Hot Shots Everybody’s Golf and Patapon coming to Switch, and I probably won’t even get them
