So since the first movie referenced Sanic, what are the odds of Sonichu getting into this one? And will Chris try and sue or give it his blessing?

Personally I would prefer it if they use her Sonic CD design; her new look always felt too "Sailor Moon-esque" to me, for a lack of a better word. It would also be nice if Metal/Mecha Sonic or a variant of him is the secret villain for this or something. The one from Sonic & Knuckles feels like it would translate better to the big screen imo.

Tyson Hesse, guy in charge of making stuff with Sonic in it actually tolerable (Mania, Mania Adventures, some comics and shit), has confirmed he's working on this flick on Sonic Retro (which is a great place to watch autists argue over a super serious cartoon hedgehog, btw)

I just see Knuckles asking someone "You know the way?" in a perfectly-innocent manner, no attention brought to it whatsoever, it's not even in your face like Sanic was, and the spergs in the audience will still lose their shit over it while the normies wonder what was even funny about that line.

If he doesn't do it for this film, he might do it in the third one if the second does well. Although the Uganda shitpost may be too aged by then, but who knows.

Either that or they could sneak a chubby uganda knuckles-like echidna somewhere in a flashback or something.
 
Wrong movie to die on that hill for, dude. I otherwise agree (except we should still have appropriate insensitivity just to make the people like him ree), but not for Sonic.
