I have now seen the first two movies (I have a kid who loves Sonic, Hot Wheels, and literally anything that goes fast lol).

Honestly? They're perfectly fine, cute, and enjoyable movies. To me, they have the tone of 90's kids movies while having the technology of modern movies. I like how these movies play out pretty earnestly and aren't afraid to embrace the goofiness of it all.

What I'm trying to say is that I think they're fun.
