Honestly that seems like a pretty good list, although I'd get rid of Colors and put either Shadow or one of the Storybook games in its place
I guess they don't need Rush if 06 is there. Actually makes things easier for Blaze's backstory.
If they do anything with Shadow after Sonic 3 (a la Knuckles) they'll probably give him Sonic's parts of the Sonic 06 story, since he was a huge part of that plot anyway (the villain steals his look, he has to kick Silver's ass, etc).

Except for the fact that Blaze's story in 06 is just Silver's moral tagalong. In Rush she had an actual purpose, even if it was a retarded "alternate dimension" gimmic.
