FFFFF okay. Guess I have something to see next year then. Chad Knuckles is everything.

The last film was surprisingly endearing. This one looks like an even bigger step up.

Man, if only all game movies were like the first movie and hopefully this movie. Pay respect to the source material while having as much fun as possible with it. That is all fans and movie goers want.

Have to give props to Jim Carrey as well. He might literally be the only person who can pull off looking like robotnik and somehow make you say, “Yeah. That works”.

i've been debating if it's a small reference or not to the old ass British Sonic Comics, probably just a coincidence but if it isn't, then that's pretty neat to see.

The Sonic 3 styled plot adaptation feels like they are going to have him in the end tbh tho.

Looks good. Not sure if Shadow or Metal Sonic will be introduced at the end. Could go either way. Or maybe Chaos if Eggman is going after the Master Emerald and discovers some shit about Chaos. If Eggman starts talking about how he comes from a line of great scientists, it's probably shadow.

Obviously, Eggman is gonna discover the Master Emerald and find Knuckles protecting it. He lies and says Sonic is after it. Which was his story in Sonic 3&K after all.

I’m going to assume that, because Sonic escaped the echidnas in the first movie, it somehow lead to them destroying themselves aka Sonic Adventure, only Knuckles doesn’t know the full story and Eggman’s makes him direct it at Sonic(“if the blue hedgehog hadn’t stolen that power and run off like a coward, your family might have survived…”).

Take elements from the adventure games and add them to Sonic 2&3 games

I remember when that first trailer came out, I was making fun of it while praising Detetive Pikachu, as that Pikachu looks adorable imo and the pokémon designs look really faithful, and yet here we are now, the sonic movie was not only better but its even getting a sequel and I'm excited about it.

I personally like to see Chaos but I'm not too sure if he would show up in a sequel or not because he's not as popular as Shadow and I feel like if they fuse the plots of both Adventure games together that would be kind of stupid but that just might be me.

Don't get me wrong I loved Detective Pikachu, but I went in the theater expecting to hate the Sonic movie only to end up loving it and it even got a sequel while Pikachu didn't and instead we are getting a likely terrible Netflix show

Also some of the designs in the movie were pretty shitty like old design Movie Sonic tier lol.
