Pantera get a lot of flack, but this song is really fricking good. It has great riffs, great structure, great vocals and that guitar vocal duo at the end was something else.

I've heard quite a few people say that Britny Fox's Save The Weak is the worst hair metal power ballad ever. Right up there with White Lion's When The Children Cry. But I actually like Britny Fox and this song. I don't know why the band gets so much flack when they don't look any different from any of the other bands of that era. It's all the same big hair and clothes no one realised would look really stupid decades later. Is it because Cracked made fun of them once?

I know, I know, it's heresy, but as an old Nirvana fan? This is a pretty goddamn awesome change to the old formula.

I was actually addicted to this cover when I was about fifteen years old, my folks hated it though.

Alternative in the mid to late 2000's was pretty sweet though.

I know it's thought of as a meme because of that parody Harry potter fanfic, but My Immortal by Evanescance actually isn't bad. I heard it the other day, and I couldn't help but think of the funeral scene in the Ben Affleck Daredevil (in which it played) lol but ignoring that, and the fanfic, it is a good song.

Had to watch the movie due to working with little kids and them never shutting up about it so I was braced for complete fail (was mostly right). So when this song started up I was already pretty cringed out and I didn't really like the original much because I personally think Cyndi Lauper sings it like a helium dosed toddler. But was genuinely surprised how heartfelt and soothing the cover was in such a bombastic movie and it was a nice quiet moment in the crazy. Of course Kendrick and Timberlake can't resist going a little Kanye at the end but I can let that pass because it's a genuinely sweet cover of an otherwise quite naff song in my opinion.

All I need to say: "If you don't like it, tough. I've had my fun and that's all that matters!"
