It's pretty clearly just bait and there is about a 0% chance lowtax would have done this, but if I had somehow freaky friday'd into his useless, wine-damaged body this is exactly what I would've done to start pulling the forums out of its current death spiral, just before reopening helldump, permabanning the noisiest trannies, hiring some college kid to actually maintain the site on a technical level, and then sending all of his wives' nudes to my phone.
