Something Awful and Friends - The roller-coaster train-wreck embarrassing downfall of a Web 1.0 giant and its tick offspring like from Cloverfield

Lowtax is trying to play both sides with his 1999 era crusade to Make SA Great Again while letting Koala's March herd the tribe of suicidal trannies in her own personal pet forum. Which one is it bitch? Make up your mind.

Hahaha I would say I can't believe how big of a bitch Zen Death Robot is for doing that but anyone who has read SA for the past year has seen how big of a fucking bitch he is.

Lowtax I applaud you for finally colliding with the entitled bitches that dictated what your forums should be but they only got that way because they have had the run of the place for years.

It's strange that the downtime message hasn't been updated since the last outage. SA runs on vBulletin and the "Site Offline" option is literally a text box with an on/off button in the admin control panel. Unless radium/ZDR blew that feature to pieces I don't know why Lowtax wouldn't have updated it when he took the forums down.

edit: Looks like the forums are back online.

edit2: Something's fucky with Lowtax's thread about Milan. Forum says it's 22 pages long but page 22 returns an error message. Seems like posts have been memory hole'd or something.

Forums are back but posts are all fucked up. If you click zdr's username nothing shows.

SA runs on a version of vBulletin that belongs in a museum, coded on by an overpaid idiot who left @Lowtax with a briar patch of hacky code that makes Yanderedev's idiocy look vaguely competent by comparison.

It cannot be updated to a more modern version without breaking most of what SA uses to function at present, and since I tagged Lowtax into this, if you just happen to care, you really should be testing these changes in a closed environment or a testing server before going live.

We should open a SA subforum here and have Lowtax moderate it. All old users are welcome, of course.
