It's from SASS and is actually what got that website (by far the best SA spinoff site) shut down.
The SASS owner (don't remember his name) decided to drop some lore about himself and complain about how he was abused by surfers during his youth. This of course led to everyone making fun of him and that gem of an mspaint. This caused him to melt down and put him off SASS so bad that he eventually shut it down.

It's always interesting when you see a poster that can get away with writing stuff vaguely close to the site from 20 years ago that has managed to find his niche and just exist miraculously. The amount of threads shit up by retards with regdates in the >=2010s that can find a way to ruin anything is incredible and in a just world mods would be handing out thread-bans and probations for tedious derails but They Knew and agree with the sentiments so enjoy people unironically posting about how they don't like playing card games that use the word Trump because it reminds them of Der Orangefarben Fuhrer.

It's very funny how people actually believed that shit at face value. I don't know why he wants to talk about it though since he doesn't really care about other drama lolcow related people like DSP anymore. Slowbeef is currently trying to get higher than 1500 MR on SF6 Ranking that he will never achieve and Diabetus is stuck in the Eternal LTTP/Super Metroid Randomizer Hell he has fallen into too.
