No, gassed threads go to the Comedy Gas Chamber, which is a subforum that I think is not even behind the paywall. Concepts like threadbanning don't exist, and posts are never deleted. In the worst case scenario on SA, a post will be blanked by a mod. In that case, the post will still exist and at the bottom the edited post will say "Somebody fucked around with this message at... [timestamp]" instead of "[username] fucked around with this message at...". If a message says "Somebody fucked around..." it means a mod has edited it in some way.

In extremely rare cases entire threads are deleted. In that case, you will get an error that says something like "Special Message From Señor Lowax: Specified thread not found in the live forums." This almost never happens.
