The reality is that most violent crimes involve two or more stupid parties in which one of the parties is even dumber than the other dumb-dumbs.

That said, this guy was clearly a ticking time bomb and it's extremely fortunate that he didn't manage to murder someone with each of those shots, or hit and paralyze a child or some other horrible outcome.
