Somalian daycare fraud - Or, why Minnesota needs to be put under military rule

When you blame the Somalis for this and go after them, you're doing exactly what the Minnesotan government wants you to do. They used those people as scapegoats and intend to throw them under the bus in order to get away with the scheme.
If someone sics a pitbull on me, I'm killing the pitbull and its owner. Just because they're being used as pawns doesn't mean they're not culpable.

Walz not seeking reelection.

Nothing to do with this I guess.
If there is one good thing to come out of this its hopefully that time walz is shamed disgraced and he blows his brains out to save face for his family.

I don't think the white shitlibs realize how much they have driven the average person to hate them.

Sure sure. Non-scandals totally make Governors with Presidential ambitions drop out of re-election races. Okay now that you have learned apparently for the first time that believing liberal mainstream media storylines is a mistake because their storylines are completely full of shit…will you:

A. Continue to uncritically believe liberal mainstream media storylines.

B. Start believing your own eyes when videos show you what is actually happening.

Anyone who still denies the fraud isn't a human and thus cannot hold a conversation. You can go through dialogue trees with them like you would in Mass Effect, but no actual comprehension is taking place on the other end.

If Walz is dropping his re-election bid, that suggests they may be converging on him as a good scapegoat. Someone needs to go down. May as well be the born loser.

Yeah, Tim is gone. https://archive.ph/iEoBO

Now for some highlights:

The sad thing about this is that I believe Tim Walz totally could've won again, because he really only needs one or two cities to vote for him, and Minneapolis and St. Paul are the swamp.

Less than four months after announcing his reelection campaign, Walz said in a statement Monday that he could no longer devote the energy necessary to win another term, even as he expressed confidence that he could win. He cited ongoing attention on the fraud cases and described an “extraordinarily difficult year for our state,” while also noting the accomplishments of his first seven years in office.

By "neighbors" he means "immigrants that defraud for a living".

“Donald Trump and his allies — in Washington, in St. Paul, and online — want to make our state a colder, meaner place,” Walz said, referring to the Trump administration withholding funds for the programs. “They want to poison our people against each other by attacking our neighbors. And, ultimately, they want to take away much of what makes Minnesota the best place in America to raise a family.”

Yeah, Tim Walz, hero of the middle class after he allowed them to be defrauded and destroyed the State's surplus.

Democratic National Committee Chairman Ken Martin, another Minnesotan, said Walz “entered public life for the right reasons and never lost sight of them.” Walz’s guiding principle, Martin added, “has always been showing up and doing the work that actually makes their lives better.”

Democratic Governors Association Chair Andy Beshear, the second-term Kentucky governor, praised Walz as a “a national leader in fighting for the middle class” and said his organization “remains very confident Minnesotans will elect another strong Democratic governor this November.”

So I'm quite curious what the actual number of kids these places are registering. They cite capacity numbers in the Nick Shirley video, but that is actually not that meaningful. The problem is that this isn't easy to estimate as even if you have accurate numbers of money received there are quite a lot of different rates. Either way, I asked ChatGPT (So take this with a huge grain of salt) and applied it to the ABC Learning Center numbers that were given in the video:

Reported CCAP Funding Totals
  • FY 2023: ~$727,336
  • FY 2024: ~$1,059,078
  • FY 2025: ~$1,042,059

Hennepin County CCAP maximum center rates (FY 2023–FY 2025, rounded) are roughly:
Child ageFull-day daily max (center)
Infant~$250–$270 / day
Toddler~$230–$250 / day
Preschool~$210–$230 / day
Many centers have a mix, so a reasonable blended average is:
≈ $225/day per child

CCAP billing is attendance-based, not enrollment-based. So:
  • 20 full-time kids
    ≈ 40 half-time kids
    ≈ 60 kids attending ~⅓ time
All could generate similar total dollars.
That means:
  • The number of unique children served could be higher than 19
  • But the full-time equivalent load is what matters financially

With Minneapolis / Hennepin County rates:
  • FY 2023: ~13 full-time child equivalents
  • FY 2024: ~19 full-time child equivalents
  • FY 2025: ~18–19 full-time child equivalents

Their reported capacity is 40 kids, so it seems like they aren't going completely full retard and saying they are filled to the brim, but given that from what we have seen 20 full time attendants is still way, way above the reality.

Why is it always Minnesota. Is it something in the air or maybe in the water?
scandinavian empathy. hilarious because denmark and other scandi countries are now pulling back welfare for the arab refugees because they threaten the stability of the welfare state.

The owner shows security footage from the day showing women with about 6 kids arriving during the day. The station obscures some of the time stamps like the retards they are, but it appears that a woman arrives with a kid at about 9 AM, a woman with a stroller arrives at about 12:50 PM, then a woman with appears to be 4 kids arrive at about 3:40 PM. Footage of the women leaving without the kids, and if so, when they were picked up are not shown. Either way, interesting proof for your daycare when no kids arrive before normal working hours.
video of the preceding days of shirley's visit would be more helpful in determining the operational status but there's also the risk of exposing it. Guess they don't teach critical thinking at journo college.

19 kids?!

19 kids gets you a million dollars a year? Even if this was 100% aboveboard, what the fuck?

Daycare workers make minwage or a smidge more. You could equip a rented classroom with enough stuff for 20 daycare kids for $20k and it would look richly appointed. You could rent the space for 20 kids for well under $100k/year even in a nice area.

WHAT IS THE MILLION DOLLARS FOR?! How is this not what literally everyone in Minnesota is doing right now? Those reimbursement rates are insane. Privately paid daycare in Minnesota costs around $1800/month. So why would four five-day weeks of public paid daycare net a center $5k?!?!?!

No one could pay for childcare if daycare actually cost those rates.
