My gut instinct is telling me that Nick Shirley is a lolcow. I’m not sure what it is exactly, and I could be misinterpreting something here.

So nobody in this whole thing has any agency, according to your interpretation, apart from the government of Minnesota, and you yourself, as you can see through their nefarious scheme.
The scammers have no agency - they were forced into it because the Minnesotan government put barriers in the way of them seeking legal employment (how did they do this?), and the people who are angry about the scamming are being hoodwinked and manipulated into being angry with the poor victim scammers. Is that about right?

And do you genuinely believe that a community of Norwegians would have behaved in exactly the way the Somalis did?

I think part of what is going on is many employees and customers are illegal. So, even if they actually have kids really enrolled, they still have something to hide. It's a close knit community, so once they hear someone is poking around they shut things down to protect the illegals...but now it looks like there are no kids and they can't say anything to prove that idea wrong.

While there's probably a bunch of immigration fraud going on as well here, that's likely not the thing here. We have already seen evidence of them pretending to drop off kids and parents receiving kickback money for doing that. To whatever capacity these places are used, the numbers are being heavily inflated to receive more funding. Even in the report posted earlier here the owners show surveillance video of three women coming with their kids during the day. Quite likely these women don't/barely work and don't actually need the day care, and the place is more of a community space with some slight supervision.

Most of these health care businesses probably work by defrauding Medicaid/MinnesotaCare by doing fake services. Again, it doesn't mean it's completely a front, as just like the day cares they need to have some people coming in now and then.

I think it's a shame that we don't really talk about "national character" any more, because it's a real phenomenon and it's very relevant to the immigration issue. Culture has a significant effect on character and it's very difficult to erase. It's like a version of DNA. I still keep up with him from time to time, but he's currently suffering from Israeli Derangement Syndrome, aka what happens when you decide that Israel controls the United States down to the microscopic level and literally everything is orchestrated by them, even if it contradicts the way we know they operate. Israel sucks and our politicians are bought and paid for, but at some point, you have to realize they couldn't care less about what happens in Minnesota, so long as the POTUS stays prepared to slay their enemies for them at a moment's notice.

Minnesota turns blue each election season like a broken pregnancy test because the Twin Cities people are vote blue no matter who types. If they thought they wouldn't have to work anymore because the entire state had been turned over to Somalis, they'd take to the streets and dance. Minnesotans don't care about immigration, at least in the urban areas - they just don't want to be called racists and want to pretend they're a socialist Scandinavian state that, much like the Nordics themselves, are busy committing ethnic and cultural suicide.

They're busy protesting Trump's actions in Venezuela right now (they likely don't know the first thing about it), but they've been seething for days about the Shirley video.

you're off by a century. the reason we fought the civil war is because of "magic dirt" essentially. Tabula Rasa isn't called that because its a hiphop album. its latin, meaning the ideology of "magic dirt" is as old as Jesus Christ himself. the only way to remove "magic dirt" is to take christian thinking out of power, and even that doesn't mean "magic dirt" goes away because so much of western thought revolves around the idea of hating oneself and not having pride in anything.

you need a strong community that polices itself well to keep "magic dirt" from being part of the church teachings or have it effect your society

Others have capacities of 100. Those daycares don’t even have 15 kids in there, assuming the kids aren’t plants to try to cover the fraud up.

It would be a disservice to my child to put him/her in one of these nigger daycare centers. But let’s assume I’m that crazy. I can’t call them. Approaching their door would only lead to hostility. How exactly am I supposed to get healthcare or daycare from these “people”?

This isn’t even happening only in Minnesota. There was a case in Washington discovered. They lived in a nice upper-class house with three nice cars as their address for a daycare center, but when approached about enrolling a child, they confirmed that they’re not a daycare.

I’m conflicted because it’s clear that they have no Plan B when they get caught. They’re just reliant on being protected by the Minnesota government until they can’t.

Somalians are easily used as pawns. There was an episode of Can’t Pay? We’ll Take It Away where a Somalian single mother did not realize she signed up to be a guarantor for her friend’s apartment lease if she didn’t pay. Her English was obviously limited and her children and her don’t work; they simply receive benefits.

Start with the upper middle-class white women first. If you look at all of the footage of this bullshit, they are the biggest enablers of this. Always in the defense of them, telling investigators to go away and stop “harassing” the immigrants.

Of course they're probably lying but the funny thing is that if they're somalian this confusion might not actually be that far from the truth. They usually don't track their actual birth dates which is why you'll see so many of them with 1/1/XXXX, they can barely write and are functionally illiterate. You will meet very, very few somalians who are genuinely trying to learn the language and integrate into their host country, probably not more than five such individuals in your entire lifetime. You always have to ask them for ID because there's a pretty good chance they can't - not won't - give you the correct spelling of their whole name. It doesn't help a huge percentage of the males are some version of Mohammed.
