Well, that explains a lot.

The article is pure damage control designed to preserve the image of "good Somalians" and talking about how the poor Somalians had their identities stolen totally unknowingly, which is BS. These people are taking kickbacks in order to register kids for fake daycare and ABA therapy, or elderly relatives for home healthcare.
 
Iirc what they do it typically in the same office complex have a daycare, grocery store, restaurant, and home health center. They get loans for all of these. They do a circuit of stealing money and justify it by saying “the daycare is buying from the restaurant who is buying from the grocer” on top of the fraud of none of these businesses really existing. The grocer writes the food off as a loss.

Minnesota’s state laws are fucking retarded. Minnesota used to be a place for Chicago Gangsters to hide out and because of this has some retard standards for a lot of crimes. Like not just mens rea standards, but actus reus standards that are really retarded. @Potentially Criminal might be able to articulate with his fancy law degree he has.

Haven't really seen anyone bring that up yet. I don't know the exact regs for sq per a kid but my kids school has a smaller enrollment and is like 3 times the footprint of these daycares

I remember when that incident occurred at that St. Cloud mall back in 2014. Obama brought that guy over and it was one of the few times the media was ever willing to cover a crime committed by a Somalian.
The local MN media will always try to hide Somalian crime whenever they can while not have trouble covering crime from other ethnicities. There was even an attempted mass shooting at a highschool graduation party held at the University Stadium earlier this year that the media refused to cover because the perps were somalis.

I think the only reason why the fraud scandal wasn't covered up is because it got too big and Trump noticed.

This centers are heavily regulated. A lot of people looked away. Hell, there are regulations on sand boxes in these facilities.

It's getting better everywhere but reddit, bluesky and ultra concentrated shitlib areas. The normal people are slowly coming out of their diversity psychosis.
