the dirty soda trend just feels like nobody was buying cream soda so they have a massive stockpile in all the factories so they decided rather than just take the loss to mix it into every other soda and call it dirty soda.

The dirty mountain dew is by far the worst mountain dew flavor I have ever tried. How do they go from making the pink lemonade, peach lemonade, baja citrus, baja guava, to that trash.

On the other hand, Mandarin is possibly the best orange soda you can find in a standard American grocery store. Lime is great too, Grapefruit is also great.
Really? I found the mandarin flavor to be very dry and overly bitter. Grapefruit, and Lime, are by far the best, guava, watermelon, strawberry and mango are okay as well. I bought one of those twelve packs so I got to taste all the crappy ones (Passion fruit, tamarind, mexican cola), as well as the good ones.

So a silly question: are the Zero variants really what they promise? I stay away from them and either drink a "real" soda or I stick to sparkling water with lemon because I read that Zero is even worse for you then the normal variant.

I liked the dirty mountain dew though if asked about it in a blind taste test no way would I call it Mountain Dew. Normally I can't stand their new flavors. I found that one to actually have a creaminess missing in other cream sodas, which should just be called vanilla sodas but that sounds less inspired. It is very sweet though. Had to finish both bottles I got in different sittings.

I like them when I'm craving soda, but they leave me weirdly hungry after drinking one. The "badness" is due to the artificial sweetners, but if you're in the US, unless you get a craft soda, you'll be guzzling corn syrup anyway, so you're swapping one bad for another.

They also had Flamin Hot Mountain Dew, which was fucking terrible.

As I said before, most cream soda is insipid, so I wouldn't be surprised.

Cream soda is basically "what if you had an ice cream float but instead you just added vanilla ice cream flavor to the soda instead". It's a really exciting flavor if you've never had it before, I think I got it several times at a summer camp years ago but really haven't had it since.

Dirty Mountain Dew is alright. It's better than some of the Halloween/Christmas flavors they've had in the last six or seven years but that's not saying much.

It was awful. It tasted like ranch dressing. If it had been advertised as Hidden Valley soda, I would have commended them on their work because it was pretty much 1 to 1.

The fruitcake one was cloyingly sweet and artificial tasting in the worst ways.

Picked up a can of ice tea from a local brand without realizing it's zero sugar, this shit no joke tastes like melted plastic, what the fuck?
Paulaner's Spezi is hands down the best, i buy the 0,33L cans often despite not being big on soft drinks.
I just tried the Fanta Crimson Sour Cherry flavor. Tis pretty solid.
You yanks get the best shit, that sounds so good.
