The International Monetary Fund lists Turkey as a developing country. Who pillaged and systematically destabilized Turkey? Nobody... it's Turkey (and before 1922 the Ottoman Empire) that is guilty of pillaging and systematically destabilizing other regions

It's probably true that for most of the time humans have been on the planet, the link between intercourse and pregnancy was unknown.

However, that's because most of the time humans have been on the planet was pre-animal husbandry. The moment you domesticate cattle, you not only need to know the difference between cows and bulls, you need to develop castration technologies so your bulls aren't so numerous they all kill one another and gore the cows as well. Your entire tribe's survival depends on being able to distinguish male from female animals under pastoralism, which was the way of humans for way more time than agriculture.

The aggressiveness with which these teenagers and 20somethings reject the technological and scientific legacy of the entire human species speaks to poor childrearing practices.

And the name for this time is prehistoric.

Animal husbandry and farming in general seems to have come along as part of a general package, with writing and, thus, history, coming along with it, since agriculture more or less required record keeping.

Isn't it funny how parents in the last twenty years have commodified children, where it's absolutely essential that your children are in advanced classes at age 3, play soccer and display promise as prodigy concert pianists, yet parents won't do any of the things that actually might lead to those results, such as consistently read books with their children, play piano themselves and cultivate an appreciation for classical music, and hire a Guatemalan nanny who at least is physically capable of playing soccer with small children?

Hmmmm. Maybe it's because all of that requires you to actually spend time with your children other than driving them around and having one room in the house in which you *might* watch TV together. Nah, just name them MacKenzie or Dakota or Shelby and pay for all that other pap. Don't children understand what is required of them? The evidence shows that they do, which is why they are even shallower and more vapid than their parents, leading to the results you observed.
