As a male, this person was physically substantial... in the upper percentile for height, weight, and muscle mass. Seems like this is the exact reason some sports do not allow men and women to compete directly against each other. This reminds me of when Ronda Rousey pointed out that the big reason Fallon Fox, a transgender MMA fighter, was on a winning streak was because Fallon still had a man's physical body and thus was able to dominate the women's league, because men are physically stronger than women no matter what feminists will tell you. Not to mention, she still has a man's bone structure, which has greater upper body strength and support than women's, and no amount of transitioning will ever change that.

I do think this raises a lot of interesting questions, like what division should transgenders be put into. But since these are real, serious questions that need to be asked, nobody wants to discuss because they think it's "transphobic" to acknowledge it.
