TamePony, a model that runs on SDXL pipeline, can give very realistic results that runs far faster than Flux, and can even be more realistic and detailed in certain circumstances.

I get a lot of mileage out of llama when I toy around, it's not the best model in the world, but it can fit into a consumer GPU and is well enough supported to be suitable for hobbyist tinkering

I tried OpenAI-20B-NEO-Uncensored2-Q5_1 today for the first time. Told it "eat shit faggot" and this is what it shat out. Hilarious.

Faggot — A Whimsical, Wholesome Dish
(A playful take on “faggot” as a hearty stew‑type dish that’s easy to whip up in a single pot. Think of it as a “shit‑shit”—a bit of a pun, but we’ll keep it tasty and tidy.)

1. What you’ll need

ItemAmountNotes
Olive oil2 TbspFor sautéing
Onion1 mediumdiced
Garlic2 clovesminced
Carrot1 mediumdiced
Celery stalk1diced
Chicken or turkey1 lbdiced (or use any protein you like)
Tomato paste2 Tbspadds depth
Chicken broth (or veggie broth)3 cups– keep warm
Salt & pepperto taste
Fresh herbs (thyme or parsley)2 tspoptional garnish
Red pepper flakesa pinchoptional for heat
Tip – If you’re vegetarian, swap the chicken for lentils or tofu.

2. Step‑by‑step

  1. Prep
    • Dice the onion, garlic, carrot, celery, and protein.
    • Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Sauté
    • Add the onion, garlic, carrot, and celery; cook for 5–7 min until they’re softened and slightly golden.
  3. Add Protein
    • Toss in the diced chicken (or your choice). Cook for another 5 min, stirring occasionally, until the meat is browned but not burnt.
  4. Sauce & Broth
    • Stir in the tomato paste, then pour in the broth.
    • Bring to a gentle simmer; cover loosely and let the mixture cook for 20–25 min.
  5. Season
    • Taste and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
    • Stir in the fresh herbs (thyme or parsley) at the end.
  6. Serve
    • Ladle into bowls, sprinkle with extra herbs if you like, and serve hot.

3. Variations

VariationWhat to swap / add
Veggie‑onlyUse lentils instead of chicken
MeatlessSwap the meat for tofu or tempeh
Sweet & smokyAdd a splash of maple syrup or a pinch of smoked paprika
SpicyAdd a teaspoon of chili flakes

4. Quick Tips

  • Keep the broth warm while the veggies are cooking—this avoids a sudden drop in temperature that can slow down the simmer.
  • If you like a thicker sauce, let the mixture simmer uncovered for the last 5 min.
  • For a more “fancy” touch, add a splash of white wine or a spoonful of cream toward the end.

Enjoy your faggot!
Feel free to tweak the recipe to your taste, and let me know if you need another variation or a different flavor profile. Happy cooking!

The coolest AI demo that I’ve ever seen, that I will shill for relentlessly, is IBM’s for running their Granite models locally in the browser. I haven’t had a chance to try and run them natively, but it seems doable even with a pretty low spec setup.
