I would compare them to a warrior class. Caucasian would be balanced paladins with superior looks and medium intelligence. And asians would be druids with higher intelligence and medium looks.

Certainly some people have cognitive deficiencies from head injuries, neurochemical syndromes, and developmental disabilities. But people whose brains are in the typical range probably don't differ very much in terms of innate mental abilities. What we measure as "intelligence" on IQ tests is mostly environment and experience.

Actually no. IQ is not environment based. Environment only plays a tiny part of it which has been proven before.
