Without knowing the conditions I couldn't guess if he'll be successful. People usually screw up by failing drug screens or missing appointments. I don't recall that ever being something our boy had a problem with.
I'm going to assume the terms are pretty standard and probably include an anger management course or some kind of mandated therapy.

Correct on the first part; after three years, the entire case will disappear from the system entirely. As for your other points, the terms do not have any required therapy or anger management, and all the rules I had problems with were significantly weakened by the judge upon request.
I don't care, but it's already a pretty long title. Just remember that the only thing I actually admitted guilt for was trying to get away from the cops, which created a criminally dangerous situation because a cop could theoretically have tried tasing me but accidentally shock another cop instead due to their bad aim. The prosecutor was absolutely livid at the end of the hearing, I think she was looking forward to a real admission of guilt even more than you people.

I have had a post drafted for a few weeks now but held off as I was hoping to make a number of posts in different threads all at the same time. However I need to talk to Josh again first due to one particular cow. But with Skylar Ittner pleading guilty, I figured I might as well make this post as it is one of the minor ones I will be making.
I will provide more details later, but the basics are that I was able to recover some lost media from a number of cows, this little fruit being one of them.
The main one for Skylar's thread is the full 20 minute video of the poster encounter which started his descent into being forever known as a lolcow. I am fairly sure the full video had been "lost" as I vaguely recall me saying that in a post where I had found half of the video or something and the YT link was no longer functioning. Well, now for sure we have the full the 20 minute poster assault video.
