“Cishet” is the people who aren’t members of their stupid little LGBTQ+ club. It’s only a bad thing because the group identity is strengthened by having a common enemy to rail against. In the much the same way that people in the Deaf community (I wish that capitalisation was accidental) likes to rail against the “hearies”.
If for no other reason, they hate cishets for not being like them (that and the “power plus prejudice” thing, but that was only ever a justification for the former). The narrative they have about queers being rejected by society for being different may have once been true, but is pure projection at this point in time.
