I'm gonna take a wild guess here because I need JUSTICE for my boy Sebastian. (It took me 3 fucking months to hunt down the official AAI2 art book and I got it for a steal for $15 and now you can't find that shit anymore but that's off topic).
So I think what they're implying by horrifying Sebastian's face is that Blaise puts cigarettes out on his face and blows the ash in it. I'll just spoil my logic incase somebody wants to play the game (which I high key recommend).
Autistic Logic incoming:
So Blaise is associated with fire no surprise there and has burn scars himself which you find out in the 4th case if I remember right since he wears a wig. The fire motif is further supported by this fan translated name (Blaise, like y'know a blazing hot fire badum tss) and in his break down animation where he lights his beard on fire, and he fidgets with a lighter when nervous. The whole thing with the family is that Blaise essentially raised Sebastian and it's no surprise he verbally abuses Sebastian to high hell and the only reason Sebastian is a prosecutor in the first place is because Blaise bribed/manipulated Sebastian's teachers and stuff to let him pass since Blaise is like the head honcho of the prosecutor world. The thing where these SJW fans tend to go crazy for is assumptions so they probably assumed Blaise was a physical abuser as well since he made his own wife "disappear" (murder, jail etc.) so it wouldn't be that off to assume he physically abuses Sebastian hence why they probably drew Sebastian's face the way they did,
Honestly, I thought Ace Attorney was niche since DanganRonpa rolled up. Where the FUCK are all these SJWS coming from? Is it because "ohhh unreleased games go brrr" just attract these bitches or???

That does make sense, but I don't think they thought that far ahead and this is just what they call "freckles". Like every time they draw Sebastian it's with this dirty mess of dots all over him even when Blaise isn't present.

It reminds me a lot of how DestinyToMoon hides her peculiar tastes in women by pulling the woke card in the process.
Shouldn't be much of an issue but here's the thing: he's 17 and indirectly requesting people to draw this content for him to retweet (since he's very popular).
There's some retweeted art on his profile already, but it's of his "cinnamonroll black female OC uwu" Carol, and while I cannot confirm if there's already NSFW content of this type out there it's definitely going to happen sooner or later. Not to mention that it is quite the paradox since he identifies as "antiship", which is often associated with prudes in fandom, but I digress. Just another day on FNF Twitter.
